Lovely clean flat with everything you need in place. Extremely efficient staff who were lovely when I had a proem and sorted it immediately. With double glazimg closed it was totally quiet. Location handy for huge range of cafes and restaurants, international grocery offer, beach and town centre.

It was OK for me but the road was mixed housing and a bit noisy at times when windows open. Small size overall for cost, but very clean and brand new so felt ok for price

It’s proximity to the centre and beach. Great restaurants just 5 min walk from the flat and then another 5min walk to the seaside.

Loved this little studio! It was incredibly clean and beautifully styled. The door and room code worked perfectly and the hallway was well lit. We also loved our balcony; we didn't spend much time on there but it was really nice to be able to step out for a minute and get some fresh air. The location could only have been better had we had a sea view. Other than that, it was only a few minutes walk to the beach and the city centre--brilliant! The property itself, as in the overall building, is beautiful and well maintained. In some of the reviews, people mention the street being a bit dodgy so perhaps I should address that. Personally, I think it's a very pretty street with lovely balconies. There's one side street with bins, which may not be very pretty but it's mostly a quick way into town. The people we met in the street, walking their dogs, were very friendly and I didn't feel unsafe at all, although I wouldn't necessarily go out by myself late at night but then again, I wouldn't do that anywhere these days. All in all, I would love to stay here again. :)

There was some confusion on our part on the balcony. When we booked it said it would have a sea view but in reality, it's mostly a street view. Still, to be fair, you can actually see the sea in the far distance but if you're hoping for a full-blown sea view, this isn't it. It wasn't an issue for us though. :)

Location and ease of check in/out.

Unfortunately, in terms of cleanliness there wasn't enough attention to detail for me. For example the kettle was caked in limescale meaning I couldn't make myself a hot drink. The whole place lacked basic TLC and found the whole studio (bar bathroom) in carpet very unhygienic, carpet also traps odour. Everything from the toilet paper to the cutlery felt cheap, especially for the price,it was more on par with a hostel. The cheap privacy film on the windows were peeling. The terrace lacked any privacy, which was very misleading from the pictures. There was mould around the shower cubicle. If it were to be fitted with a higher spec, I might stay here again as the location is good.
