We‘ve stayed at Pier 12 a few times before and like the convenient location, secure entry and the relatively spacious accommodation with everything needed for a short stay.
The apartment has become rather shabby. The carpets and the sofa bed have seen better days and the patio furniture is rusty. We were there in hot weather and several fans were provided but we couldn’t leave the windows open in the evening as there are smells of frying from nearby restaurants.

Lovely clean flat with everything you need in place. Extremely efficient staff who were lovely when I had a proem and sorted it immediately. With double glazimg closed it was totally quiet. Location handy for huge range of cafes and restaurants, international grocery offer, beach and town centre.
It was OK for me but the road was mixed housing and a bit noisy at times when windows open. Small size overall for cost, but very clean and brand new so felt ok for price

It’s proximity to the centre and beach. Great restaurants just 5 min walk from the flat and then another 5min walk to the seaside.

Perfect location, very clean, comfortable bed
I paid an extra for a room with “see views”. There wasn’t a sea view AT ALL. The photos provided nearly through, except the balcony table with chairs, which wasn’t possible to use. They’re very old, rotten and unsafe. The copping board surprised me, never saw so small. It would fit only a tomato. There’s no a wardrobe. Probably for short stay is ok.
