Great loction for the beach and town. Comfortable and well equipped accommodation which was clean, very quiet area with off street parking. Everything we wanted and more. Would certainly stay again and would not hestitate in recommending.
The single beds were turned into a king size - creaked a bit at the edges.

Great location. Very central but also quiet and with its own parking. Super clean, great facilities and nicely decorated with a bit of character too. Ideal for exploring Eastbourne and the surrounding locations. Recommend.

Comfortable
I would suggest the patio doors and sills should be spotlessly clean and patio doors, looks like they haven’t been cleaned for a long while, patio needs to be weeded. Other facilities ok
