We liked the location and the ability to park the car nearby. It was excellently located , a short walk to town centre and seafront and very modestly priced
The flat was in a good location and had the potential to be a comfortable stay, but it required a higher standard of cleanliness and general maintenance. Several issues with the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom furnishings should be addressed to improve the overall condition.
In particular, the taps in both the kitchen and bathrooms were loose and needed repair. The kitchen counters and cupboards were damaged on arrival, and the bedroom furniture was falling apart. There were also what looked like burn marks in the carpets in both the bedroom and lounge, which was concerning. In addition, the kitchen was only equipped with cutlery for two people, which was insufficient for the size of the flat.

The location was good
Steep staircase as you open the front door . The bath was not operational as in no running water . The sofa wasn't that clean .
