I had a really comfortable stay here for 9 weeks! The room has a lovely little terrace and also the view from my window is Eastbourne allotments which was lovely. Dayo always made sure I had everything I needed and made sure there was a cleaner and anything that stopped working he replaced, which made me feel valued as a customer. I have recommended him to other friends - this place is ideal for short term stays and longer stays and would use again if ever I needed temporary accomodation. Thanks Dayo
The walls within the building are thin and sound proofing minimal - I could hear almost every word of the phone conversation from my neighbour above who was speaking 24/7 on the phone. I got unlucky with who I had above me as he was very annoying throughout my stay, but usually the flat on the whole was quiet and this was not the hosts problem
