It was very clean and tidy. Close to the train station and shops. Lovely garden.
If we had to dislike anything the mattress on the bed was a little hard for us, but the firmness of a bed can be very personal.

Lovely clean comfortable flat in a great location. The facilities are exceptional, everything you could want, even for a longer stay. James was very attentive and communicated excellently. I wpuld happily recommend it.

Met on arrival by James the friendly and accommodating host who provided a tour of the garden flat which looked as though it had been fully refurbished yesterday! The flat was gleaming and provided all the facilities you could ask for to ensure a more than comfortable stay with the added bonus of a charming garden. Its location was ideal with railway station, cafes, restaurants and shopping mall a few paces away. The seafront a matter of a 10 minute walk. Highly recommended on all fronts.
