About this cottage rental
An idyllic, cosy cottage hideaway for couples with pretty gardens, yet within touching distance of Eastbourne town centre.
Just 10 minutes walk to the train station but step through a gate and into another world of birdsong, humming bees and tranquility.
Close to a 12th century pub and church, the delightful Gildredge Park (with a cafe offering the best homemade cakes in town!) and an easy stroll to the beach, theatres and all the best on offer in Eastbourne.
The adults-only cottage is an annexe to the owner's main house, yet has its own private entrance.
It has a double bed in the bedroom and a bathroom with bath and shower over. The living space has a sofa in front of the TV and small dining table. Although you may prefer to eat outside in the glorious gardens...
The kitchen is well equipped and includes a fridge, separate freezer, oven/hob, microwave and washing machine.
Central heating provides cosiness if you're seeking a winter getaway and hot water is on tap. WiFi provided, plus linen and towels.
One well behaved and well socialised small adult dog which has been spayed / neutered may be permitted at an additional fee, but please discuss with us before booking as this in on a selective basis and the owner requests more information.

Property was good an well located for access to town centre and local Waitrose. The bed was just too small for us.

Immediately felt at home. Roy and Sue the property owners gave us a warm welcome and were lovely.The bedroom as always cool which i loved. The bed was not that com.fortable however back home we have a super king premier inn hypnos bed so we have been spoilt. The double patio doors leading to the patio area was the thing i loved most as the weather was great so i sat outdoors most evenings and also during the daytime under the parasol shade. Sue has created and nurtured a beautiful outdoor living space . Archie the cat visited us most early mornings
