Spacious apartment (large rooms, 3 toilets 2 in bathrooms and 1 separate) in central location,great balcony,washing machine and dishwasher - comfortable for 5-6 people for longer stay.We received 2 keys,and could pay with revolut

Communication should be improved.Tried to make inquire before our stay but got no reply on booking.com or the phone number on the booking.Found a secondary number to the company where I was informed in a rather basic way that I will be contacted 48h before our stay. I was indeed and getting into the apartment was smooth,but at other times response times are too long. The apartment has great bones but definitely could use some love:dripping faucets,dripping coffee machine(takes special pod),very limited utensils-mugs-glasses,only one dishwasher tablet,zero working light on balcony,uncomfortable pillows,etc

A great location above Plaza Madeira. Everything close by which made our days super easy. Lovely big rooms and plenty of space for us all to relax - especially on the balcony. We were aware there always no aircon and it wasn’t an issue at this time of year (October) but imagine it could be quite uncomfortable in summer. Opening the sliding doors provided a lovely fresh breeze to sleep in- otherwise it may have been quite stuffy. The washing machine and dryer were a welcome addition

The master bathroom has no glass/screen so you need to ensure everything is clear of the shower spray before you start. The pillows were weird- the smallest pillow I’ve ever slept on and not particularly comfortable and the kitchen had no water glasses/tumblers to drink from. Overall a great stay but just a few little things that were missing that would have made it 10/10

Great, central location on top floor of a modern block above shopping centre and near to restaurants and the sea front. There is a lift up from the entrance and down to the underground car park where there are two dedicated spaces for the apartment right by the lift. The three bedrooms are a good size. The master bedroom has a large double bed and is en suite. The other two share a bathroom - one is a twin and the other a double. There is also a separate toilet. The lounge/dining room is spacious with a large sofa and huge TV. The dining table seats six (or more) and the dining chairs are comfy. The lounge/diner leads to a very large balcony with table, chairs and two sun loungers. The views from the balcony are up to the mountains behind. The kitchen is well equipped with dish washer and washing machine. The whole apartment is light, bright and modern. Although there is no air con, you can get a good flow of air through from front to back by opening the windows. Two fans were provided. We really enjoyed our week's holiday in this apartment.

With the windows open, the road from the main bedroom can be a little noisy late at night/early in the morning.

Першокласне розташування житлового комплексу в самісінькому центрі міста (плюс супермаркет на -2-му поверсі, підземний паркінг, зручний під'їзд з автомагістралі) - поруч абсолютно все необхідне. Помешкання просторе і чисте; прекрасний вид з тераси та з величезних вікон. Додаткове прибирання включено у вартість проживання і надається за кілька годин після запиту через whatsapp.

Господар не відповідає на повідомлення через сайт booking.com. Від помешкання на 8 спальних місць є лише 1 ключ - ми (4 гостей) мали постійно приходити та виходити разом; другий ключ ми отримали за півтора тижні. Так само, півтора тижні був відсутній ключ від сміттєвих контейнерів - довелося кожен день самостійно вивозити сміття машиною. На даху торгівельного центра постійно (7:00-23:00) працює дуже гучна вентиляція.
