L’emplacement dans Funchal est très bien ! Les lieux sont propres et modernes. C’est très spacieux comme appartement.

Il manque cependant un peu de fournitures, il y avait seulement deux petits couteaux, peu de verre et pas de produit ménager pour passer la serpillière.

The location and views were amazing. Nice sized studio and in a very good and central location. I had planned an adventurous trip to Madeira but due to a knee injury I was out for a couple of days and bedridden basically. The bed was amazing and made my wait all the better. Also property manager is super responsive. I had a problem with the wifi and they responded quickly sending a staff member to check what the problem was and was fixed the next day. Communication was also great as they kept me up to date with tasks going around the property. They let me know which day and what time staff were going to pass by to clean the pool and such. I honestly have nothing negative to say. I only wish all properties I stayed at were just as responsive and kind like them!

Der Self Check-in war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit dem Host verlief reibungslos. Die kleine, offene und ruhige Wohnung bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre, das Bett ist bequem und die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Besonders schön ist der Ausblick auf Funchal, und die Parkgarage ist ein großer Pluspunkt, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Rundum war es ein guter Aufenthalt!

Kleine Verbesserungspunkte gibt es dennoch: Auf der Bettdecke lagen einige fremde Haare, und der Boden hätte sauberer sein können. Durch die vielen Fenster wirkt die Wohnung zwar hell und offen, allerdings fehlen im Wohnbereich Vorhänge, sodass es nachts durch die Straßenbeleuchtung recht hell ist (das Schlafzimmer hat jedoch Vorhänge). Im Badezimmer wären zudem eine Ablage für einen Kulturbeutel sowie Handtuchhaken eine sinnvolle Ergänzung.

Road noise! And there's a bar located nearby so you can hear people talking until 2am. If they can have secondary glazing installed in the bedroom it would improve the apartment immensely. A great stay otherwise. There was also a minor smell of sewage in the bathroom and garage.
