Location could not have been better. On a quiet pedestrian street but very close to restaurants shops etc. Terrace was large and so nice to sit out for breakfast. Large well equipped apartment on top floor.
Air conditioning or ceiling fan would be great. There was a mobile air conditionjng unit but not very effective. Very hot at night.

Well positioned, good value for money. Very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend it.
Maybe advise passengers that the Uber/Bolt taxi cannot drive to the door and has no idea of how to get there exactly. We had to get off in front of the Cathedral and walk about 100 mtrs using Google maps. Not hard when you know where you’re going. Nothing major just a bit stressful in a new city.

We loved its proximity to the Cathedral and waterfront.
Just a couple of improvements for guests. The sofa which is the main seating area needs to be replaced. It sags quite a bit and is uncomfortable. Also, instructions need to be given ( paperwork) for use of the washing machine and the coffee maker.
