Emplacement idéal pour rayonner dans le centre de Funchal. Arrêt de l’aérobus très près de l’appartement pour l’arrivée. L’ascenseur a été très apprécié.
Il y a du bruit venant de la rue (nombreux restaurants ouverts tard en soirée)

Localização,e decoração
O atendimento e a ajuda dos donos péssima,e só falavam em Inglês sendo que nós somos Portugueses e fizemos a reserva em Português. Em relação a casa os colchões são péssimos extra finos. E a ventilação da casa de banho já precisa de manutenção e uma boa limpeza nas casas de banho. Todos os anos vou ao Funeral nesta data, E sempre tivemos uma boa recepção, desta vez não vimos ninguém e nem um mimo tinha para os clientes. Até os avisos eram em Inglês. Enfim quando se tem uma habitação para turismos tem que respeitar todos os clientes sejam de que País for. E responder na língua do cliente.
