Very close to seafront and aeroporto bus stop. The bacony has great views across the ocean. The internal layout is very good with a nicely furnished living room dining room. The kitchen is old but has what you need. Joao was very helpful.

Great downtown location to enjoy Funchal and the island of Madeira. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath. No AC, only 2 fans provided. Even in October, it was quite warm. Bedrooms at back of apartment get very little air circulation. Host lives very close and was responsive to our questions. Kitchen pans and utensils need replacing/updating. If you eat at restaurants, no worries, lots of choices.get very little air

Another stay on this wonderful apartment. The location is great for enjoying the fun and culture of Funchal. The apartment owner is very welcoming and helpful.

DIe große Wohnung mit Blick über die Dächer der Altstadt bis zum Hafen ist perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Hauptstadt und Ausflüge über die Insel. Eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, zwei große Supermärkte und die zentrale Mmarkthalle sind im Umkreis von einem Kilometer erreichbar. Ein Mietwagen kann im nahen Parkhaus untergestellt werden.
Leider ist aktuell und bis Ende 2022 der Lärm einer großen Hotelbaustelle direkt vor der Terrasse unvermeidlich und lästig.
