L'accès autonome,👍 La facilité pour se garer dans la rue👍 La propreté du linge de maison 👍 Équipements et produits d'entretien 👍 Le fait que l'appartement situé au RDC soit côté parking. La proximité de l'intra-muros en voiture.

La place de parking sous-terrain petite entre ces 2 poteaux malgré une petite voiture et des manœuvres 😉. Pour notre part pas évident de trouver un arrêt de bus pas trop éloigné. Le fait que la porte de l'appartement ne soit pas repérable par un petit signe distinctif (car on a cherché la porte dans laquelle la clé rentrerais 😂)

Edit : Le propriétaire m'a envoyé des menaces par SMS suite au dépôt de mon avis. La place de parking en sous sol est microscopique Le lit est inconfortable, le matelas est extrêmement fin Une horrible odeur de poubelle est présente dans le hall d'entrée extérieur L'isolation phonique est désastreuse, quand il y a une personne dans le couloir de l'immeuble, on a l'impression qu'elle est à côté de soi dans le salon Bref, je ne recommande pas, comparé à d'autres établissements beaucoup plus satisfaisants dans lesquels j'ai pu résister. De plus, le propriétaire n'a pas l'air à être du genre à accepter les avis qui ne vont pas dans son sens.

Le froid dans l'appartement, les odeurs de poubelles très fortes ! Et surtout le message du propriétaire pour nous dire qu'en plein hiver nous utilisons trop le chauffage!
