Good, clean, great location, but a bit hot.
Good location near USI and the lake. Lots of easy and lovely walks.
The AC is probably not sufficient for this size apartment when it is 33C outside. I was provided with a fan upon request, which was great. But I don't think the AC can effectively cool the apartment, and thus advertising with AC is likely to lead to unhappiness among guests. Many apartments/hotesl also provide a Lugano travel card for access to public transport, but not this one.

PEDI UM RETORNO EM RELAÇÃO AO MAL FUNCIONAMENTO DO AR CONDICIONADO E NÃO FUI ATENDIDO. O AR TINHA FUNCIONAMENTO INTERMITENTE. EU ESTAVA COM DUAS CRIANÇAS PEQUENAS E CHEGAMOS A PEGAR 44 GRAUS. UM INFERNO SEM O AR FUNCIONANDO COMO DEVERIA. ESPERO SER REEMBOLSADO PO ISSO.
