Excellent, except for check-in time.

Spacious, clean, nice room temperature, full of amenities, friendly host, safe parking inside.

The check-in time of 17:00, although clearly mentioned in the house rules, is not acceptable because it is ruining the day. The password of Internet was extremely difficult to be inserted, a simple one will be very helpful.

Great stay in Lugano

Nice big apartment on the lowest floor of the house. We were welcomed very friendly, all the stuff you need is available, clean and well maintained. Possible to park your car there privately. Recommended to stay for your visit to Lugano Grazie!

Good Stay

The room is on a property behind an automatic gate, self check in is easy to arrange and staff are friendly. The room was quiet, in a peaceful and cute area, and I liked the TV. Even though it was almost impossible to watch videos on YouTube because the internet was so slow. There is a basket of items in the bathroom for if you forgot anything and there is a little AC unit which helps control the temperature. The AC doesn’t work well but the room is in a basement so we didn’t need to cool it that much. The house is very spacious and that did provide a good feeling of luxury. Also the fan being included was so convenient for us. Screens are on all the windows so you can open them without bugs getting in.

The Wi-Fi did not work at all in the bedroom or bathroom and barely worked in the living room. The hotel is far from restaurants and difficult to find so we ended up getting delivery instead.

Very clean and spacious stay close to Lugano with nice little touches - e.g. we’d forgotten our toothbrush and they had a spare one for us

Used as a stopover on a long drive from Northern Europe to Italy, perfect for this purpose.

Simple, straightforward, functional, perfect for my purposes. Extremely warm, helpful and cordial welcome. Supplies provided for breakfast. Good, secure parking for the car.

This is basically a little “granny flat” below the family home. View onto a yard. Not a place to stay for a holiday, but for a pragmatic stopover or simply as a base to sleep in.

Exceptional

Perfect location, close to Lugano but still in a very quite neighborhood, just at the edge of the woods, steps away from the nature. The host is super kind and caring. Her children has even prepared some Halloween gifts for me, which is just lovely. The apartment is impeccably clean and there's everything one might need. Oh and the private parking is just the cherry on the top of the cake. I have had a very relaxing stay. 10/10.

It is a fairly new studio with everything that traveller might need even to small details. Parking was important to me as I mostly travel by car. The host was very kind and hospitable and everything was smooth and pleasant. I hope to return and spend more time.

Hübsche kleine Wohnung mit allem nötigen. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Smart TV mit der Möglichkeit von Online Diensten. Bad komplett neu und mit allem nötigen Ausgestattet.

Das Gasthaus ist ziemlich versteckt am Ende einer engen 30er Zone. Einfahrt zum Grundstück ist ziemlich eng wie auch der Parkplatz vor dem Haus, rangieren macht es somit sehr schwierig.

Studio molto carino e pulitissimo. L'host Claudia è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Comodissimo il parcheggio e la vicinanza a Lugano (10 minuti di auto). Torneremo sicuramente in questo alloggio la prossima volta che veniamo a Lugano.

La tranquillité, l'attention de l'hôtesse, petite attention avec une machine à café et capsule. Le matelas était confortable, avec des draps ayant bien vécu et un duvet super moelleux ! Un super parking pour ma voiture.

Les remontées des égouts dans le studio, vu qu'il se situait au niveau du garage donc pas ensoleillé.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, neue, absolut saubere und ansprechende Unterkunft. Alles, was man für eine Übernachtung benötigt, ist vorhanden. Ein absolut super sortierter Supermarkt ( Manor) befindet sich in der Nähe. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Den gleichen Straßennamen gibt's in Lugano, diese Straße haben wir leider zuerst aufgesucht. Hier ist aber der Ortsteil Vezia gemeint. Vielleicht wäre es gut, Gäste darauf hinzuweisen. Allerdings hätten wir die Gastgeberin auch anrufen können, sie war jederzeit erreichbar. Unser Fehler.

Surprise par le aménagement, confort et propreté de l'appartement

Le studio était mieux que l'attente. Bien aménagé, lit confortable. Très réactive, la communication avec Claudia a été très bien, elle nous réceptionné à l'heure indiqué, c'était très simple et sympathique.

Un peu loin du centre ville, une voiture est nécessaire.
