Stadt Nähe. Man konnte laufen ca. 20min Es hatte Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Es war nicht nötig für 20 CHF / Tag zu mieten !! Balkon Sicht auf Monte San Salvatore
Die wohnung war etwas eng. Keine Klimaanlage aber dafür einen Ventilator Es hatte viel Ausstattung für die Küche Jedoch hat ein Schneidebrett gefehlt !

The walls are very thin in the building so neighbours can find you loud and complain

Nice studio. Nicely decorated. Easy to reach and near Lugano city center. Nice that it has a balcony.
Shower is a bit narrow. Also I do not like the approach of getting a list of fines in case you loose a key, leave too late, smoke in the appartment etc. Doesmt gove a welcome feeling.

Sehr gute Betreuung durch Tiffany‘s
Eine Klimaanlage wäre sehr von nutzen…Keine Sonnenmarkise beim Balkon der auf der Südseite liegt. Insektenschutzgitter beim 1ten Balkonfenster wäre auch eine Option.
