River View, Sandwich

We had a lovely stay at River View. The house was immaculate throughout and spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was milk, tea and coffee waiting for us when we arrived. The parking was a little tight, but perfectly sufficient. The location was lovely, with a beautiful view over the River Stour – we even had the unexpected treat of seeing a beaver swimming past! We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the house to anyone visiting the area.

Clean, well furnished in a great location to explore the surroundings

Lack of any outside sitting area. The bedrooms especially the rear bedroom would benefit from improved window shading the rooms were very light from around 4.30am at the time of year

The property was very modern and very well furnished and equipped. The location in the centre of the town was very convenient. The welcome items from the owners were helpful, generous and much appreciated.

Everything, lovely property. More than enough room for 2-4 person.

Bath mats should be included in two showers. Also wash clothes are nice for American visitors. One key is a bit chancy, if one should misplace it, it could be a difficult situation. Maybe put emergency number in lockbox for the owner, as host was out of country and did not return a call I made. She was Available later on however, and had no problems.
