Stay cosy with full heating and cooling, plus two electric fans for extra comfort on warmer days.
Enjoy your morning brew just the way you like it — with a Nespresso coffee machine, cafetière, and a choice of coffee pods, ground coffee, and instant coffee. A selection of fine teas and sparkling water are also provided to make you feel right at home.
Relax and unwind with a Smart TV complete with Sky, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favourite shows.
Pamper yourself with complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash — everything you need for a refreshing stay.
Children aged 6 years and over would be welcomed. Due to the layout, unfortunately we cannot accommodated children under 6 years of age. Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and at an additional charge, so your four-legged friend can enjoy a little Kentish luxury too.
We do offer parking permits for those travelling by car. These are provided on an honesty basis for £5 per day and they will be left in the property for you should you decide to use them.
The lead guest must be over 26 years of age to book.

We had a wonderful stay in this great house we had a slight issue with the heating which was sorted out immediately the house is great everything you need and is close to everything you need would highly recommend and we will definitely be back for another stay soon
