There was no key to the pod we were given and there seemed to still be people staying there which means they don’t check

It’s in the alleyway behind a pub so there’s no scenery. The gates were open and the men working in construction beside the pods had the code so it didn’t feel very secure.

Charming pod with everything you need & lovely hot tub to go with it.

We asked the host to write a nice note for myself and my boyfriend as we were celebrating our 5 year anniversary and they went above and beyond with decorations. Location was great. Staff in the bar were great (Head into Horan’s for a beautiful pizza). Nice quiet area and lovely little town! The pod was gorgeous and the hot tub was lovely🥰

We weren’t sure if you get a mini fridge or freezer - I popped a can of redbull into it and it froze over, but maybe just because it’s cold out!😂

Easy check-in instructions. The room was comfortable and clean. You need to arrive early to use the hot tub as it will take quite a while to warm up. Excellent location with plenty of parking nearby.

Nice and private, hot tub was so nice, a proper hidden gem. Cant fault the place really lovely spot will be back! Hot tub was clean and loads of wood and everything there to light the fire

Nice place, terrible host

Place is nice to spend one or two nights.

* Host communication was horrible. * Check in on booking said 1pm but when we arrived, host told us to wait for “original” time at 2pm but we were only able to get in at 3pm. Also, host didn’t send us anything unless I asked him to. This impacted my travel plans a lot! Specially because the hot tub took 3 hours to reach the temperature. Please, see pictures attached of the momento we got there and the room was dirty from previous guests. That was disgusting…

It was an excellent stay.

I loved the glamping house! It was in a good location and it was clean. The hot tub had some floaties but other than that it was perfect. Really good vibes and in a good location. We got there when a lady was cleaning our place but she was almost done and she was super nice to talk to.

Lack of attention to detail

The property has a lot of potential!

We booked this trip to celebrate our anniversary and were both very excited! When we first arrived we looked at the hot tub and noticed the water was very cloudy and had dirt in it, we contacted the owner but didn’t receive a reply for 3 hours. By the time they replied we had decided to leave. The response we received was that the water was fine and that’s just what the water from the mains looked like. The inside of the property wasn’t very clean either there was a lot of dust which made us question if the room had been cleaned. Ultimately we decided to cut out stay short and went home rather then sleep somewhere that didn’t feel very clean.

Great

It was very clean, cosy, warm. No damp feeling. Comfy bed. Provided with towels. Easy instructions to access pod. Nice pub beside it with friendly staff.

Could have done with some cutlery, plates, wine glasses etc. Hot tub took over 3 hour to heat to appropriate temperature. Could do with a mat at inside the door entrance and out of shower. The door didn't seal fully and there was quite a draft. New curtain for front door, it let in a lot of light. Overall is a lovely spot to stay! Also, could add a picture of the overall property including all pods as the layout is very nice.

Good could be brilliant

Loved the hot tub. It was really quiet and relaxing. The details of how to get in and all were sent over perfectly clear, and there was no messing.

There were only two towels, with a hot tub, we definitely needed a few extras, same with pillows. We probably could have phoned the owners but would prefer not to! Also could do with mats floor was lethal when we were wet.

Over all okay stay - very basic

On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The hot tub was a great feature — easy to use and enjoyable — and it was appreciated that wood and firelighters were provided. The outdoor area was also well-maintained and a nice place to relax.

The stay was okay, but there were several issues that need attention. The lockbox was difficult to use, making check-in more stressful than it should be. The bathroom door didn’t fit the frame properly, so it wouldn’t close or lock, which affected privacy. There were also low ceilings in parts of the property with no “mind your head” signs — a potential safety hazard. The room and bed were quite small, and the amenities were very limited. Each guest was only provided with one pillow and one towel, which isn’t really sufficient — two towels per person would be more appropriate. The toilet seat was also loose and should be repaired. Lastly, the lack of on-site parking made things less convenient. Overall, the accommodation felt very basic and could benefit from a few upgrades to improve comfort and guest experience.

Brilliant

Fantastic location, restaurants, pubs, cafes nearby. Hot tub was amazing and much bigger than we were expecting. Self check in was very straight forward. We asked what time checkout was and we were told 11 but we were allowed to stay til 12 for free no problem

Our pod was still being cleaned at 2:30 even though check in says 1. This wasn’t too much of an issue as we only arrived then 10 mins before the cleaner was done. She was very friendly. The duvet isn’t wide enough for the bed, apart from this everything was perfect :)

The log cabin was cute and the hot tub was lovely

I would prefer if there was a little communal kitchen area. Also a little bit more room for bags, clothes etc and a hair dryer would be great with a mirror. A bin outside would be better as we had to walk out to the street with food/drinks rubbish

'Glamorous camping', at its very best.

Excellent location, hidden away and private, yet in the centre of Baltinglass with all it has to offer on your doorstep. Very cosy, clean, and comfortable. Would certainly recommend. It's just a pity we didn't have the time to enjoy a soak in the hot tub.
