Location was beautiful, Annette met us to hand over the keys and show us the property. It was clean, warm, spacious and VERY good value for money! I had mentioned when booking it was our anniversary and Annette left a bottle of bubbly in the fridge for us as well as bread and treats she had baked herself!
Honestly no complaints, one of the best nights away in the south east

The Breakfast was great. The homemade wheaten was great. Lovely and quiet location and not far from the local village, where there was a lovely pub, corner shop and takeaway where the food was great. Host was very attentive.
could update the bed to a new one. Spiral staircase very steep and would not suit anybody with disabilities. Shower could have been better not much water pressure from that.
