Clean , quiet , ease of access + great hospitality

We loved the location with the view of the mountain and being near the village but also being secluded and quiet was exactly what we had wanted , Fiona was an amazing host , very accomating and welcoming with the info pack helping us with the issue of where we were going to eat that night alongside a spotless bedroom and bathroom , amazing stay I highly recommend

Nice clean and comfortable place to stay, The apartment is spotlessly clean, spacious with all the facilities you need.

Log burner was a lovely touch, we enjoyed sitting watching tv either flames warming the night air. A very quiet and peaceful place location.

It was a little bit further from the village than I expected, but worked out fine. As a little constructive suggestion, the bathroom could do with a small shelf above the sink for tooth brush, shaving gel etc. The shower could also, do with a shelf/ basket for shower gel and shampoo etc. also, the outdoor light while entering the apartment could do with being on a sensor, it was pitch dark when entering, made it challenging to open the door in the dark.

Very cozy spot and nice and quiet. There were two pubs in walking distance down the hill. Very close to Altamont Gardens, which has got to be the best value ever for a few hours spent in nature.

Figuring out the oven took a bit of Googling but not too tough.

Superb apartment, in a quiet yet convenient location

Fiona was great with communication on location and has lockbox for the key, so great if you're arriving late (which we were). The apartment is really clean & comfortable, the heating was on and it's a very quiet location (so a great sleep), yet only a few minutes from a busy village. Tip,... If you don't want to make breakfast, then head to Cafe de Mode in Ballon for a tasty breakfast!

The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. The directions were very clear so it was easy to find and they key pickup was well organised. The host had also made sure that essentials (kitchen paper etc) were available which was really thoughtful.

We had a great stay, lovely apartment, great location and very helpful and friendly host.

Location was ideal, just on the edge of Ballon, great for exploring the surrounding area by bike. Also a couple of pubs and takeaways within walking distance catered for all our needs.
