Very comfortable and relaxing. Beautifully situated in the mountains. It was also easily located and a fairly short drive to a superb pub and cafe. We had everything necessary for our stay.

Stunning cosy cottage in gorgeous location

Location was just stunning, size of cottage was great for us, lots of room, great bed, shower and lovely and warm. Everything we needed in kitchen etc. Garden enclosed so perfect for our dogs.

Peaceful , relaxing and stunning location .

Everything! The setting is amazing. I liked the one level living, the garden and views are so lovely , and secure for our dogs. The evenings were chilly , but the heating and wood burner kept us warm and cosey . Mary was an amazing hostess. I’ll definitely return .

This is a lovely place in the middle of beautiful Wicklow mountains. It's really spacious, clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Mary is a great host and explained everything to us at the start. Perfect if you have a dog as it is gated. Thank you

An absolute Gem

The location of the cottage is absolutely stunning. Nothing around but mountains and sheep. We spent a very relaxing few days here with our dog going for walks and enjoying nature. Mary was a wonderful host. The cottage is a gem and she has done an amazing job with updating it. Very clean and has everything you need for a few days away. Everything down to the mismatched crockery gave a very homely vibe. Bedrooms have recently been redone and they are lovely and inviting. The Wifi was even faster than what we have at home!

Absolutely beautiful location, the cottage is very comfortable, cosy, clean and well supplied. Peaceful and secluded surrounds with walks direct from the cottage. Amazing view. Enclosed yard for dogs. Mary is a very nice host.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy cottage. Everything needed is taken care of. Mary, the host, welcomed us with open arms, even though are arrival was delayed.

The cottage it quite remote. So if you don't have your own (rental) car it isn't easy to get there. But for us, who were looking for some quite time in the nature, it is wonderful.

Everything 🙂 Lovely generous host. Gorgeous location. Beautiful views from every window. Cottage was very clean, warm, homely with a lovely wood burning stove and plenty of wood provided. Lovely walks nearby. Will definitely be back.

Exceptional

Dog friendly, entire cottage for ourselves. Hot shower, cozy stove, comfortable beds and small kitchen where you can make coffee and breakfast. What else you may need after full day of exploring Wicklow... Oh yeah internet, so there is one and is pretty fast. Fantastic view and good location with driving distance to main attractions. Highly recommend this cottage. Thank you Mary for great time.

This is a beautiful cottage set in the wicklow mountains. Peaceful and picturesque. The host was lovely, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The cottage had everything you would need and a love fire for cosy evening. A wonderful escape from our busy life's. Would definitely recommend.

Maison charmante avec les moutons pour compagnie

Logement isolé mais on le savait avant de réserver. Les moutons qui se baladent juste derrière la maison donne un charme à ce logement. Hôte très sympathique qui est venue nous dire bonjour à notre arrivée

Nous n'avions pas le courant à notre arrivée. Je ne sais pas si c'est la propriétaire qui l'a ouvert à distance mais ca serait bien soit d'anticiper l'arrivée des personnes, soit de prévenir que ca va arrivé un peu plus tard car quand on ne sait pas, on ne sait jamais combien de temps ca va durer (surtout quand on sait que nous ne parlons pas anglais et que les propriétaires des logements (les 3 que l'on a fait dans notre semaine) ne parle pas un mot Français). En Irlande, ils ont tous un système d'interrupteur pour l'eau chaude. Quand on n'y connait rien (ce n'est pas comme cela en France), on est un peu vite perdu en fonction du logement.

Fantastisch! Idylle pur!

Die Lage ist idyllisch, super Raumaufteilung, perfekt für 4 Personen und Hund. Nette Vermieterin, super hilfsbereit. Wir fanden unsere Woche dort fantastisch. Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang. Die Schafe drumherum sind auch sympathische Nachbarn :-)

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt in traumhafter Lage.

Das Haus steht allein in einer wunderschönen Landschaft, mit Schafen und draußen Platz zum Sitzen. Die Abende am Kamin waren sehr gemütlich.

Es gab einigen Reparaturbedarf bei der Ausstattung (Kamintürgriffe / Wäscheständer).

Wundervolles Cottage in super Lage 🤩

Sehr schönes Cottage, das liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet ist. Die Lage war ebenfalls gut für Ausflüge geeignet. Der Ausblick ist der Wahnsinn hier, die Ruhe einfach toll. Die Nachbarn (Schafe) haben uns jeden Morgen liebevoll begrüßt.

Die letzten 3 km zum Cottage sind eine kleine Herausforderung, da viele Stellen unübersichtlich sich.

Aussergewöhnlich

Herrlich ruhige und entspannte Hütte mit Kamin und gemütlicher Küche. Trotzdem gut angebunden an die Highlights von Wicklow County. Geräumige Schlafzimmer. Dusche/ Bad gut.

Die Küchenausstattung könnte durch scharfe Messer und einen größeren Kochtopf oder bräter ergänzt werden. Aufgrund der Abgeschiedenheit kocht man oft selbst. Bei 4 Personen braucht es dann die passenden Gefäße.

Un séjour merveilleux à Hollywood,... dans les Wicklow mountains.

Un Cottage "tout confort" situé au pied d'une montagne peuplée de moutons. Un endroit paradisiaque à l'écart de tout bruit ; un environnement qui vous éblouit par sa beauté et son silence. Une vue absolument fantastique. Nous nous sommes sentis comme dans un rêve. De plus, Mary, la propriétaire, une femme charmante et souriante est venue nous accueillir à Hollywood Village (situé à plus ou moins 8 km du cottage) afin de faciliter la fin de notre itinéraire. Elle nous a même permis de modifier nos heures d'arrivée et de départ en fonction de l'horaire de notre bateau. Que faut-il ajouter de plus ? Douce République d'Irlande !

Absolument rien !!! Tout était formidable.
