Great location for exploring Wicklow

Fine for one night stopover but wouldn’t recommend for longer stay.

Good to have some separation of sleeping spaces and potential for self catering. More space than a room in a B&B

Dated. Only 2 towels for 3 people. Bedroom in the loft space not so easy to access. Not really clear that the upstairs double and twin spaces are ‘open plan’ both to each other and to downstairs- ie effectively a mezzanine bedroom space.

Very spacious - great to have two bedrooms and living room. Full kitchen facilities. Washing machine and access to outside clothesline. Excellent quality mattresses.

Very steep stairs to upstairs beds - suggest marking difference between bottom stair and floor.

Birchdale Apartment had everything we needed for a short stay.

The 2 bedroom apartment was private, clean, well equipped and cozy. On site parking, no hassle checkin and very pleasant staff make this place great for a night when travelling around the countryside.

The bathroom was clean but, the shower could do with a make over/ Reno.

Fabulous stay at the Birchdale Apartment!

Great value for money and lovely location. We loved the sound system and the dart board. You even have your own bar! Great selection of DVDs and videos too.

Really quirky apartment. Amazing what they have done with the space available. Sky TV.

Could possibly fit a stair gate as the stairs are very steep. With 3 young kids I ended up sleeping upstairs so i would hear them get up.

We had such a lovely time in this cosy place. Everything was decorated so nicely for Christmas. Very well heated and the kitchen was well equipped. A perfect place to relax for a few days. So great that it is dog friendly too.

cosy, relaxing and the kids loved playing cards at the bar area!

it was just a really nice space to stop and relax for all 5 of us and 2 dogs. Everything worked. Shower was very powerful, they have a cafetière, the heating is fab so you won’t be cold. very cosy and we would love to stay longer next time-lots of things nearby still to discover

Perfect for families; play area outside with slide and play house was loved by my toddler! Staff were friendly, apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of parking, warm, comfortable.

Pleasant self contained converted garage.

It was self contained.

It creaks a lot and anybody going to the toilet at night woke everyone else up. Bottom drawer in fridge was not clean, it had food stains but I washed it anyway. Apart from that it was ok.
