The cosiness and homely feel of the house.
Lots of items available from the host for us to use eg kitchen essentials. Also plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels.
The host was very quick to sort out any problems we had with the house and also arranging bin emptying.
The house was situated in a pleasant neighbourhood.
A proper bed in the front bedroom would be great.
1st impressions could be greatly improved if the cobwebs and dirt was removed from the windows and doors. Also the bushes could be trimmed in the garden to allow light into the living room.
A stale smell of smoke lingered in the house but it seemed to be coming from next door and it wasn't always cigarette smoke!

The beds were comfortable and the spaciousness was nice so that everyone could have their own space. Location was good for what were were in the area for. Golf course looked really nice!
The place could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival. The showers are very small and the lowest one didn't work very well. Some instructions would have been nice on how to operate some of the appliances and TV. A note said you could log into Netflix, but we couldn't find anywhere to do this, and settled with about the 5 channels we had.
