Location.
There was nothing in the house, so no basics of cooking oil, salt and pepper, coffee machine. As this is clearly only a rental property there is no 'comfort' to the house with sparse furnishings.

A very easy stay while the kids competed over the weekend close by. Exactly like the pictures; lots of space to relax, make team lunches, and feel comfortable. Vivian had excellent communication throughout and we'd stay here again next time.
