I liked the cleanliness and the location especially. The property manager William was very good to deal with.
The external noise from the hallway and other guests eg entering their key-codes was a bit too loud.

Location was good.. No breakfast
Bed was uncumfortable you could feel the springs, a simple mattress topper would fix the issue

Well-equipped kitchen, fairly quiet at night (although other tenants did not respect 9 to 9 quiet hours and planes fly in and out late), easy access to downtown via public transport, super easy street parking.
Cleaning could be better, the bed and pillows were noisy and uncomfortable (I could feel the coils), the washer/dryer combo was nice to have but extremely slow.
