Serenity home in the heart of city

Great location

Very tidy and homey feels!

Stairs was quite steep, not much you can do about anyway though.

Loved the charm and character of this older-style apartment. Quaint, cosy, and a great reflection of the surrounding Sydney suburb. I did like how close this was located to Sydney Broadway allowing time to get shopping.

The apartment had plenty of character, but there were a few drawbacks. It was located next to a pub, which is noisy. The stairs were very steep and may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns. The toilet was located downstairs directly off the kitchen, which may not suit all guests and the shower leaked, foam was used as a makeshift seal which looked untidy and didnt stop the leaking. The bed was uncomfortable, there were limited power points near the bed, and one lamp was not even plugged in nor could it reach. The power for the TV was draped via an extension lead over a chair. The apartment was further from the city than I had anticipated and located more in the suburbs so be mindful to look at that when booking if wanting a more central CBD location. For those that don’t have pets, the couch had pet hair all over it.
