Our fully furnished self-contained guest accommodation is located at the rear of the property with its own private entrance, offering the perfect balance of comfort, convenience and independence. It's an ideal base for exploring Sydney while enjoying the relaxed lifestyle of beautiful Brighton-Le-Sands.

Just an 8-minute walk away, Brighton-Le-Sands Beach offers scenic waterfront walks, children's playgrounds, parks and an excellent selection of cafés and restaurants overlooking Botany Bay. It features two comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, together with an additional sleeping area that includes another double bed. A comfortable double sofa bed in the living room provides even more flexibility when needed.
The property also includes a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, washing machine and laundry facilities, fresh linen and towels, free on-site parking, and self check-in for your convenience.

The outdoor area is shared between the two accommodations. We kindly ask all guests to respect each other's privacy and keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm so everyone can enjoy a pleasant stay.
