Everything was clean and tidy. Good value and nice view. Good shower. Had everything i needed.

Nothing of note to add. Elevators a little slow at peak times. That's it.

Location - this overall was the best part of this property. Its located in the CBD at walkable distance from everything. There is also a very convenient bus stop downstairs that offers direct trips to Bondi Beach and other parts of Sydney. St Marys Cathedral, QVB, Regents Place were all within a 5-10mins walk. Hyde Park in the front is well-lighted and there is a Savers Store, Aldis and other restaurants nearby. We are also fond of eating breakfast at the cafes downstairs.
The host, Inna - extremely helpful from booking to check-out. She gave advise and was very responsive. She also gave time to meet us and do a short briefing about our stay.
Room - Great for the price! We were a group of 5 but the room can accommodate more people as there were several beds. Room was well lit, clean and everything you might need is provided. Great city view from the window. Downstairs lobby was also convenient and open 24/7.

Just location and nothing else
The apartment looks like it needs a serious update. The stuff inside looked like it was picked up from a garage sale. The cleaned room itself looked shabby to begin with. I was happy to check out of the hotel.
