Well located and quiet despite the pub next door. Compact but well equipped. Heating was appreciated. Had an iron and board. Shower flooded due to draining issue.

The shower was nice the bed was somewhat comfy
The room was very small and tight also looking out the window it was a yard that was dirty and not well kept
There was no milk supplied
The coffee and tea disgusting needs more brand they were cheap Asian teas and coffee was not coffee

Location was good for our purposes. Easy access to transport into the city. Shower good. Good to have laundry facilities. Air con good. Room door lock system a great idea …no chance of losing keys!
Fairly basic …bedding, no of towels, supply of coffee and tea. Entrance to the property needing repair and hallways etc in need of renovation…gave a poor initial impression of the property. Room itself was well renovated if rather smaller than anticipated No room for a sitting area, just a bedroom really.

small but comfortable apartments. either a quick walk into Balmain or very easy and frequent bus services. would definitely stay again
unfortunately upon arrival one of the apartments had not been cleaned. However, this was a genuine unfortunate oversight and after phoning the host I really appreciate how this was quickly and efficiently attended to. After the apartment was lovely.
