We loved how spacious and homely the property felt. The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit was very comfortable for our stay. The location was excellent, right next to Woolworths, just a 9-minute walk to the ferry and a 4-minute walk to the bus stop. Communication via WhatsApp was smooth, and the check-in process was easy with clear directions.
Some of the mugs had stains and could have been cleaner. Apart from that, we had a lovely and comfortable stay.

The location in the heart of Balmain is excellent. A quick bus trip into the CBD to start all the sightseeing. Will definitely stay here again. Facilities are clean, spacious and comfortable.
It’s not a dislike. The Unit 4 is an interesting re-purposing of the bank staff facilities. Bedrooms and lounge downstairs. Very large kitchen (staff lunch room) and separate men’s toilets and women’s toilets through laundry with shower in laundry. Unusual but totally convenient. Next time we might ask to stay in the refurbished stable (Unit5).

The location was excellent. Right next door to woolies and the Main Street with shops and cafes. It was comfortable, very clean and had everything I needed.
I got confused when I got the keys trying to get through the gate instead of the door on the side. Maybe it’s just me, but the lockbox was attached to the gate so I thought it was for the gate
