Serain Chatswood Central

Good locatyion

lock box not being closer to the hotel

Central location, good size for my small family.

Mattress on fold out bed was a bit old and rough.

Good transport links, kitchenette, washing machine especially appreciated as this can be difficult when travelling.

Bed on wheels and rolled around but not a major problem. Also the garbage shute needed to be cleared.

Good location if you’re not driving, close to the train station, metro and a westfield

No parking onsite, so you have to pay for a secure park which adds to the cost. The key pick up feels a bit harder than what it needed to be, especially when you can’t find a park. The room itself was okay but not excellent. The iron was broken and leaked water everywhere, we had to set up our own sofa bed and find our own linen in the cupboard which ended up being quite dirty (food debris and stains). My feet were black from walking around the apartment, so definitely needs to be mopped more regularly. I wasn’t the worst place I’ve been to, but I probably won’t be returning, just a few too many issues.
