The room had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Huge bathroom. Nice and quiet

Only negative was that we found it difficult to find key lock box. I was with my 3 kids. Hard to find carpark to then go and get keys from a hard to find food court location and then unload luggage and then find a park nearby that we didnt have to pay for.

Good location if you’re not driving, close to the train station, metro and a westfield

No parking onsite, so you have to pay for a secure park which adds to the cost. The key pick up feels a bit harder than what it needed to be, especially when you can’t find a park. The room itself was okay but not excellent. The iron was broken and leaked water everywhere, we had to set up our own sofa bed and find our own linen in the cupboard which ended up being quite dirty (food debris and stains). My feet were black from walking around the apartment, so definitely needs to be mopped more regularly. I wasn’t the worst place I’ve been to, but I probably won’t be returning, just a few too many issues.
