The location was great for lunch and shopping all in a few minutes vicinity. To city, there is metro/train station a minute away. Washing machine and tumble dryer were helpful for our long stay.

We stayed for 7 nights and house cleaning was not Included. I don’t think this service level was clearly mentioned in the booking site. Amenity, toilet tissues etc were only provided for three days worth (asked the staff and they initially said three days worth and to be provided, but later said the staff is far so they cannot replace) . We needed to buy our own toilet tissues in the end. They provided only a bath towel each, no mini or face towels, it was inconvenient. No kitchen but there is a sink microwave oven. Lastly, given only one card key, for three of us, we felt inconvenient.

The location was brilliant. So near the station. The bed was comfortable. Lovely shower and bath.

The toilet was very stained and unattractive. There was only one small mug and two tiny cups. We had to buy two mugs to be able to have a decent cup of tea. There was no sharp knife. We had to buy one of those too. An information sheet would have been helpful, where the bins are located etc. Also the fact that you can't get any help from the hotel desk. A second key might have been helpful too.

Good location if you’re not driving, close to the train station, metro and a westfield

No parking onsite, so you have to pay for a secure park which adds to the cost. The key pick up feels a bit harder than what it needed to be, especially when you can’t find a park. The room itself was okay but not excellent. The iron was broken and leaked water everywhere, we had to set up our own sofa bed and find our own linen in the cupboard which ended up being quite dirty (food debris and stains). My feet were black from walking around the apartment, so definitely needs to be mopped more regularly. I wasn’t the worst place I’ve been to, but I probably won’t be returning, just a few too many issues.
