Nice quiet location, clean. Only thing was due to being in a raised room, the floor was quite cold in the morning but nothing slippers or socks wouldn't fix!

It was close to railway station and other points of interest.
It is very dated and needs a good upgrade as the walls in one room had cracked, the curtails just disintegrated in my hand and there was a lot of general damage inside.
