Quiet, spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms, excellent air conditioning (lounge & 2 x bedrooms we used). It was located close to the Mercato Ballarò, the historic centre and train station. On-street parking available. Well equipped and very clean. Hosts were exceptional - nothing was too much trouble

The hosts' warmth, courtesy, and kindness were truly exceptional. I guess, the real Italian spirit. We have rented apartments in many cities and countries over the years, but the hospitality we received here was simply unparalleled. They made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment itself was well equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bathrooms were supplied with thoughtful amenities, there were several televisions, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly—an absolute necessity during Palermo's hot summer months. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Palermo.

Although the apartment itself was excellent—modern, newly renovated, and very comfortable—the surrounding neighborhood was less appealing, with garbage in most places. Palermo is a fascinating city with an extraordinary history and cultural heritage, but it has clearly seen better days. Unfortunately, many areas appear neglected, with litter, deteriorating buildings, and streets that would benefit from significant cleaning and revitalization. Naturally, this is entirely beyond the owner's control, but it is something prospective visitors should keep in mind when choosing their accommodation.

The property was clean, tidy and exactly as described.

The downstairs and upstairs neighbours were very noisy until 3/4 in the morning and you could hear everything through the walls.
