It had everything I needed, it was clean, had good air conditioning and perfect proximity to the train station. The hosts were very friendly, caring and polite, they were patient with me whilst I was having a bit of a panic having missed the last train out of Palermo. The apartment is perfecto!
Arriving at night is was a little unnerving and tricky trying to find the address down dark streets because my phone wouldn’t work, this made a last minute check in very difficult as there was no one at the property to meet me, however, if booked in advance it would have absolutely fine and the fact it was available and I felt safe once I was inside was perfect.

我们被安排了另外一个bnb的房间，可能属于不同的房东。新的房间需要爬楼梯，但房间有冰箱，公共餐厅有咖啡机和小点心，有免费wifi。新房东非常善谈，很友善，热心介绍各种景点和特色，还展示了他和女朋友的绘画作品，他们参加动物保护协会活动的照片，介绍了他们其他的bnb。bnb位置不错，距离车站比较近，方便乘坐火车和大巴。另外bnb允许我提前寄存行李。
预定时提示中午可以入住，大约12点左右到达时被告知下午4点以后再来。4点还是没有开门，打电话给bnb门口的电话后，房内有位老先生开门，但是还是说要4点以后再来并且打算关门。我说已经4点了，老先生才告诉我让我等待别人带我去马路对边我的房间。入住过程我们见到了5个人，说实话，我不确定哪位才是房东，也不确定我是否住进了我预定的房间。

Quartier historique (ancien et typique, Quattro Canti et Prétoria à 10 minutes à pieds, palais des normands à 20 minutes) + marché proche (Ballaro à 2 minutes à pieds) + gare proche (à 5 minutes à pieds, pour aéroport, bus touristique, visite d'autres villes en train)
Propreté de la ruelle, contrairement à l'appartement très propre.

Ci avevano lasciato due pacchi di fette biscottate e due brioche per la colazione
Possibilità di check in automatico
Posizione abbastanza centrale ma in una zona non bella, vicino alla stazione e con un brutto odore di fogna diffuso in tutte le stradine
Purtroppo il bidet era rotto con conseguente perdita di acqua a terra
$$$$
