Casa ben tenuta e accogliente, appena ristrutturata, dotata di tutti i servizi necessari. Personale gentile, ci ha fatto trovare bottiglie d'acqua fresca nel frigo e aria condizionata accesa. Pur essendo arrivati con due ore di ritardo causa aereo, ci hanno aspettato senza problemi.

The property was clean and spacious. The host was very flexible, which I really appreciated as a pregnant woman traveling with a toddler. The location is within walking distance of most tourist spots, and the central station is nearby for easy airport transfers and day trips.

Dobra lokalizacja - w pobliżu dworca kolejowego, kilka minut spaceru od bazaru Balaro, centrum Palermo można zwiedzać pieszo. W miarę cicho, choć przy otwartych oknach ruch uliczny z głównej ulicy daje o sobie znać.
Dwie sypialnie, salon z kuchnią, dwie łazienki- mieszkanie w sam raz na kilka dni dla dwóch par lub rodziny z dziećmi.
Większość niezbędnych sprzętów, pralka, klimatyzacja.
Po sąsiedzku dwie wypożyczalnie, samochodów (skorzystaliśmy) i skuterów -dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolic Palermo.
Kontakt z gospodarzami tylko po włosku.
Bardzo słabe ciśnienie wody, za mały bojler na całą rodzinę.
Jedna z sypialni nie ma okna na dwór- niewielkie okno pod sufitem na salon.
Brak drobiazgów, czasami przydatnych przy dłuższym pobycie, jak np. suszarka do prania

Great location, only a few minutes walk from Palermo Central station where you can take train from and to the airport. The unit has all essentials, kitchen and a washing machine. It also has two full bathrooms which is very convenient for a larger family. There is a Lidl supermarket which is only 2 minutes walk. In the morning before we checked out, the electricity was out but owner quickly fixed it. The host is responsive and helpful.
The shower hot water needs some time to heat up. But it is normal with electrical water tank.
