La casa è moderna, ristrutturata e completa di ogni cosa. Dalla lavatrice alla lavastoviglie, asciugacapelli ecc. è una casa davvero enorme. Si trova in una traversa del centro per cui sei ad un passo da tutto.

Purtroppo essendo su una via piena di locali, molte notti non abbiamo riposato bene perché si sentiva chiasso proveniente da sotto, sembrava di avere le finestre aperte. Migliorerei l’assistenza anche via whatsapp perché per quanto mi riguarda è stata quasi assente, sia prima che durante il soggiorno

Extremely modern and clean, superb location in the heart of the going-out and gastronomy district. The sunrise view from the terrace was a dream. Excellent value for money.

Basic kitchen items like oil, salt and sugar would have been really helpful.

This apartment is in a relatively recently renovated building in a fabulous location in the historic centre of Palermo. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby and the major attractions of the city are all within walking distance. It is quite spacious, with a large living room/kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The air conditioning was wonderful to have during quite a hot period. It was adequately, if not generously, equipped. I thought more than two coffee pods might have been provided for someone of a 6-night stay.

The rooms were really utterly without charm or character. It was like staying in a clinical environment. Unlike many clinics however, cleanliness did not seem to be a priority. Grimy grouting in the showers, hairs in the bedroom, and a number of pests were a big turn-off. On my first morning there, I found myself locked out of the bathroom which had a faulty mechanism which tripped the lock when closed from outside, but with no means of opening it again. I had closed it during the night to try to cut down on the disturbance from the noisy bars downstairs (I would recommend bringing ear-plugs by the way). Having reported it shortly after 8 a.m., I was disappointed not to have anyone attend to the problem until after 4 pm. This was a long time not to be able to use the toilet or have a shower. It emerged that this had happened to other guests before, so I cannot understand why it had neither been fixed nor brought to the attention of new guests. I was also disappointed not to have received an extra towel that was requested and agreed to (one bath towel and a small hand towel were provided for the week). My request for extra bed linen has responded to with a suggestion that I just use the second bed if I needed a change. All in all not, in my view, the highest levels of customer care or hospitality.
