Appartamento nuovo con mobili nuovi , super pulito e terrazzo con vista stupenda. Posizione centrale che ci ha permesso di visitare a piedi tutto il centro storico.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was fantastic, with attractions, the sea, the train station, shops, and restaurants all within easy reach. The area is lively and quite noisy in the evenings, but that is also part of its unique charm. The windows do a good job of keeping the noise out, although light sleepers might still want to bring earplugs. Inside the building, it was very quiet, and we couldn’t hear the neighbors at all. The air conditioning worked well, and the apartment was clean and well maintained. The check in was easy and stress free.

There were a few issues that could be improved. The apartment was supposed to have an iron, as stated in the description, but there wasn’t one. I contacted the property manager about it, but my message was only read and we never received an iron. Overall, communication with the property manager could have been more polite and responsive. Upon check-in, we received a video that appeared to have been recorded several months earlier. Some of the information in it, such as where to find complementary water and the Wi-Fi details, was no longer up to date. Two areas of the apartment — the laundry room and the walk-in wardrobe in the main bedroom — should also have been tidied and organized before our arrival. Their condition looked rather neglected and did not give a very good impression. When we arrived, there were wet towels left in the washing machine. If one of us hadn’t needed to use the washing machine during our stay, the laundry would most likely have been left there and developed an unpleasant smell, as the towels were completely wet and had not been properly spun. The washing machine itself also does not spin very well. I also think the owner should consider providing separate bins for recycling, as there is currently only one bin in the apartment. Finally, the balcony was quite small — two people could barely sit there comfortably.

Il letto scomodo è troppo basso l’appartamento andrebbe pulito meglio e il personale dovrebbe essere più disponibile e le cose andrebbero montate meglio
