A beautiful, secure building with bright, spacious rooms and everything we needed. Having two balconies with great views was a real highlight. As was the extras like coffee, water and toiletries.
Very minor point.
The sockets are hard to reach with the current furniture layout, so hairdryers and phone chargers end up on the floor. Moving a table or dressing surface along with a mirror beside a socket would solve this.

Best location, less than 10 mins walk from the Palermo Centrale station, and about 20-30 minutes walking to almost every historic spot of Palermo. Lidl just downstairs for groceries.
Cristian is super friendly and helpful, except showing us how to use the facilities, he also recommends restaurants and alerts us about safety travel advices in Palermo.

Helpful host,Cristian. Easy access to transport. Clean, functional bathrooms. Spacious rooms. Lift as on 4th floor.
Cleaning cloths and kitchen sponges need replacement. Noisy at night but as we were there on Friday and Saturday nights we expected that.

This was an amazing place to stay, very well located within walking distance to many of the main attractions. The apartment itself is beautiful, with plenty of space for adults sharing including spacious bedrooms (with very comfortable mattresses), two bathrooms and two balconies with incredible views of Via Roma & beyond. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
