Super bequeme Betten und sehr ruhig zum Schlafen. Die Nespressomaschine war praktisch. Die Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern haben gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist ideal um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Die Zugangscodes funktionieren sehr gut.

Etwas Baulärm, da im Haus noch laufend renoviert wird. Die Hausnummer wäre dringend notwendig.

Die Unterkunft hat eine gute Lage, ist sauber und gepflegt. Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage . Im Haus gibt es einen Aufzug.

Im Bad wären mehr Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher schön. Bei 3 oder 4 Personen reichen zwei Haken nicht aus.

Modern, clean, and fully equipped accommodation in a beautiful part of Palermo. The host is very helpful and responds quickly. The apartment building is completely renovated, and after returning from the beach, we really appreciated the option to wash our towels in the washing machine located right in the apartment—it was practically hidden in a closet, so you could barely hear it 😊 Trash needs to be disposed of in a designated area, but clear instructions are provided in the apartment, so it wasn't a problem at all. If anyone has trouble finding the place, the neighbors don't speak English, but they are very helpful and happy to show you the entrance 😊 Restaurants, a bus stop, a shop, the train station, and a local park are all within a few minutes' walking distance from the accommodation. It is also ideal for families with children, as the rooms face a quiet inner courtyard, and all bedrooms feature blackout curtains and air conditioning, providing optimal sleeping comfort. To sum it up, we really enjoyed our stay and are taking home only positive memories!
