Modernes schön renoviertes Apartment mit kleiner Küchenzeile in zentraler belebter Lage mit vielen Bars und Restaurants, dennoch in einer Seitenstraße ruhig gelegen. Vorteilhaft bei Anreise mit dem PKW; es gibt genügend (kostenlose) Parkplätze direkt am Gebäude, bzw. besagter Seitenstraße.

Plus qu’un appartement, c’est aussi la gentillesse de Giuseppe que vous louez ! Une personne adorable, attentionnée et extrêmement arrangeante, du check-in aux conseils de visites et de restaurants, jusqu’au dépannage de notre voiture ! Étant moi-même propriétaire de cinq logements Airbnb, je peux vous assurer qu’il est difficile de faire mieux en matière de disponibilité, de réactivité et d’attention portée aux voyageurs. Un immense merci à Giuseppe pour son accueil exceptionnel et sa bienveillance. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et recommandons cet appartement les yeux fermés !

Our stay at Lily suite was simply perfect, from the moment we booked until the moment we came back home, everything was flawless and comfortable. We firstly picked this place because of the independant check-in with QR code because our flight arrived late at night. The process went perfectly, and this is mainly thanks to Giuseppe the owner, who has been truly amazing with us throughout our stay. The communication and explanation given were very complete and the contact itself with him was very gentle and professional, he is available at all time (literally, when do you sleep Giuseppe lol?). He was genuinely worried about us all the time - especially when our return flight was cancelled, he offered great support - and precious for advise. Only for him I would recommend the place. The flat itself would also deserve a booking with eyes closed. For a very fair price you will be in the top center of the city, like you can´t be more at the center, the location is perfect, near 4 canti. The apartment is very big and convenient, super clean (spotless actually), probably renewed quite recently. You have three separate spaces (living room / kitchen that we didn´t use much except for the coffee machine but fully equipped - the bedroom - the very nice bathroom). The bed was comfortable, lots of storage, you have a washing machine if needed, if you hesitate just book trust me I have been living in Italy and travelled the whole country it is quite rare to encounter such a gem in an old Italian city center. What amazed us the most was how calm and silent it was. This is quite a prowess because the place is very close to the mercato Ballaro, so you can imagine how noisy it could be. The windows just cut off the noise almost completely (well except for the occasional motorino, but eh this is Italy), It helped us have a good sleep at night. All in all, just the perfect place, thanks Giuseppe! Thomas & Kasia

Notre hôte très sympathique, réactif et serviable qui s’est occupé de nos passes ZTL. L’accès à l’appartement de façon autonome. La situation de l’appartement dans le centre historique

La contrepartie est que c’est bruyant (il vaut peut être mieux éviter le week-end ?)
