Posizione ottima per visitare il mercato di Via Ballarò, verso sera, però, a mercato terminato la zona non ispira particolare sicurezza. Host efficiente. Ambiente pulito. Buon isolamento acustico. A disposizione frigorifero, prodotti per colazione minimal (fette biscotate e marmellata), macchina per caffe con qualche capsula offerta.
Aria condizionata non ben funzionante (aria appena appena fresca anche abbassando la temperatura impostata) e impossibile da lasciare in funzione una volta usciti dalla stanza (un plauso all'attenzione sul dispendio energetico - o alle bollette). Abbiamo sofferto un po' il caldo.

Posizione ottima per visitare il centro città, facile da trovare, strategico se si vuole rimanere in centro senza scadere troppo nelle zone turistiche. La vicinanza con il mercato Ballarò è un plus notevole. L'appartamento in cui siamo stati è ampio e spazioso, con tutti i comfort e i servizi necessari.
La struttura non è del tutto accessibile (per arrivare agli appartamenti ci sono solo scale) e la colazione è un po' frugale e minimale.
