Clean, big property. Good location if you need to take a bus or train. Lots of space. Bed comfortable. Washer available which is a huge convenience

Communication with the host. We had to pay 26 euro tax instead of 24, and we were asked for it twice! (You should keep better bookkeeping, seniora)

Property is literally across the street from the Palermo train station. So convenient if you are taking the train from the airport. Also, property is a 5-10 minute walk to Via Maqueda—Main Street with restaurants and shops.

There is a loud noise lasting about 5 seconds that begins at 11 pm and occurs throughout the night.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent and very convenient, just next to the main train station, which made getting around Palermo very easy. We were a little worried about possible noise because of the location, but we had no issues at all. The room was spacious enough, the bathroom was also a good size, and we slept very comfortably in the bed. Everything was very clean, and the communication with the host was excellent — quick, friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would happily stay here again!

No kitchen utensils or bench space only little coffee machine & pods supplied. No cutlery or crockery Limited power points Extremely noisy, cars, ambulances, police and buses honking and sirens- very unsettling. Complimentary Breakfast choices very limited. Expensive for what it provides.
