Casa Botanica was the perfect base for our family trip to Palermo. Just a short walk from Palermo Central Station and only 10–15 minutes on foot from many of the historic centre’s main sights, it was ideally located for exploring the city, for travel from/to the airport, and for a day trip to Cefalú. Ballarò as an area is vibrant and may feel a bit overwhelming, but it is quiet at night. The windows of Casa Botanica are soundproof so perfect to secure quiet when needed and at night. We slept well throughout our stay. We also loved being close to the beautiful Kalsa district, with its great restaurants and bars. Casa Botanica had everything we needed for cooking (salt, olive oil, etc) and a washing machine perfect for doing laundry. It’s a very spacious apartment and having a terrace was a nice plus. Everything was very clean and the host Chiara extremely helpful, communicative and responsive.

Jeśli ktoś planuje pobyt w Palermo z rodziną, polecam ten apartament gorąco. Obiekt spełnił nasze wszystkie oczekiwania. Kontakt z właścicielką jest bardzo komunikatywny i po prostu rewelacyjny. Obiekt jest bardzo przestrzenny. Idealny dla całej rodziny. Czekały na nas rożne udogodnienia, z zapasem pysznej kawy do ekspresu na czele. Pełne wyposażenie obiektu w sprzęt AGD. Do tego kilka balkonów, na jednym z nich można się zrelaksować przy świeżo sparzonej kawie. Jeśli ktoś korzysta z transportu publicznego, lokalizacja wprost wymarzona. Dosłownie obok dworzec kolejowy i liczne przystanki autobusowe linii w różnych kierunkach. Wszystko na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Apartament na 3 piętrze z klimatyczną windą. Jeszcze raz polecam gorąco wszystkim, którzy chcą poczuć prawdziwy klimat Palermo w samym centrum miasta.
