We loved the staff, they were very helpful, always willing to accommodate and great hosts in general. They even gave us earplugs for the property was facing a busy street and they wanted us to sleep well. They also recommended lots of things to see on Palermo which turned out great tips! Overall the city is a must see.
The area is next to the station, close to the center and very lively but somewhat unkept. The city is wonderful yet it could use some maintenance regarding the disposal of trash. The apartment itself is great but the traffic noise indeed could be a problem at night - that's it's only issue

Appartement très fonctionnel et spacieux, avec une chambre spacieuse également.
Equipements sanitaires très biens.
Literie très confortable.
le problème majeur est le ,manque d'isolation phonique par rapport à la route très passante. Toute la nuit on entend les voitures, les sirènes de police parfois... très difficile de trouver le sommeil. D'ailleurs des boule-quiès sont fournies, preuve que c'est extrêmement bruyant.

It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Its proximity to the city center and bus station is a great advantage. The owners were very polite.

Chambre bien équipée et confortable malgré des oreillers un peu trop dur a mon goût. Mis à disposition d'une cafetière, bouilloire et micro ondes ainsi que tasses et couverts. L'emplacement proche de la gare centrale.
Les fenêtres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées. Le bruit des voitures constant à été insupportable, impossible de fermer l'œil même avec des bouchons d'oreilles. Il faudrait vraiment penser à faire quelque chose. C'est dommage.
