Muy bien equipado, departamento muy amplio, cómodo, tenia todo lo necesario. 10 de 10. Muy atentas las personas a cargo y buen precio.
La zona puede no ser muy agradable, sobre todo si llegas de noche. Pero toda la ciudad de palermo tiene ese estilo.

Хорошая квартира для проживания компанией. Мы были шестером — всем хватило места, есть кухня, можно спокойно приготовить еду, горячая вода в душе была всегда. Расположение удобное: до центра доходили пешком примерно за 40 минут, рядом есть супермаркет и небольшие магазины. Такси утром нашло адрес без проблем. Общение с хозяйкой было хорошее, всё объясняли заранее. Заселение было с 13:00, поэтому пришлось немного погулять по городу, пока квартира освобождалась (к сожалению, ещё и под дождём, но это уже мелочи).
Из нюансов — туристический налог нужно было оплатить онлайн через PayPal или переводом на иностранный счёт, с украинской карты это оказалось непросто. В итоге договорились оставить наличные в квартире. Также стоит учитывать, что квартира на третьем этаже и лестница узкая — с чемоданами подниматься не очень удобно.
