- Attentive host. Clear instructions how to get in the apartment and quick responding to questions. We also received a list of recommended places to visit which was very helpful.
- Perfect location near train station and tourist places. Very walkable. There is also a supermarket around the corner.

Close to the Lidl store and the train station. The apartment was peaceful and quiet. The host was friendly. Luggage storage was available after check-out. Two TVs. Equipped kitchen.
The booking portal incorrectly stated that three beds were available. In reality, the apartment only had two beds. This incident resulted from negligence on the part of the cleaning staff, which was promptly resolved by the host.

The location, the host Frederico was always available on WhatsApp. He gave us good recommendations about everything in Palermo. The apartment is very well maintained. There is a coffee machine and a hob for every day cooking. The beds are comfortable and enough towels are provided. There is a Lidl supermarket 2 mins from the apartment so that is convenient. We were a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and we enjoyed our stay. We were in touch with Federico even before booking the place just to get some clarification and he was very helpful.

Location was right in the center, all highlights within walking distance. Located in a somewhat messy street. It was nicely furnished, although it needed a lot of replacing. The accomodation had reserved a private parking place for us nearby, a two-block walk to the accomodation.
I climbed five high marble flights of stairs with suitcases, total of 60 steps. There was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom and throughout the apartment.
Also some improvement advice; the kettle needs replacing and it can't be connected to the kitchen. The skirting boards are coming loose, and the hatch in the bathroom ceiling is loose. The bed isn't very comfortable. The cutlery was incomplete. It wasn't really cleaned properly.
