Excellent location, friendly welcome, spacious apartment, plenty of amenities, nice balcony area with views over Palermo rooftops, and there’s a lift up to the Penthouse. Can’t fault it.
Lift to apartment is tiny and old fashioned, but what you’d expect of the type of apartment building.

The location was unbelievable! The host was super nice and helpful! We loved everything about the apartment and would recommend to everyone. Would be our first choice if ever in Palermo! Thank you Luigi!

Emplacement parfait. Accueil de Luigi très souriant. Appartement spacieux comme sur la description.
L’appartement n’est pas totalement conforme à sa description : pas de peignoir, pas de minibar, pas de service de réveil, micro-ondes inaccessible, rangé en haut d’un placard.Le matériel de cuisine est ancien, mal entretenu (revêtement de la poêle rayé, ce qui est dangereux). Le freezer était plein de glace. Porte serviettes rouillé. Tiroir du bas de la commode dans la chambre cassé.Tuyaux de douche pas nettoyés (calcaire et rouille).
