I have rented a dozen apartments in Italy over the past three years. This one is truly the best. From the location (perfection) to the finishings (beautiful & comfortable) to the host (a delight), I recommend this apartment without hesitation and with full enthusiasm. Daniela not only met us at our arrival time, but offered a pick up at the train station. Upon arrival, she had water/juice and fresh cookies waiting for us. She provided several recommendations for making the most of our stay (restaurants, etc.) and was helpful with our inquiries. I believe the host has 2 units. Ours was for 4 people, and it consisted of two rooms - one with a daybed/sofa, and a second with a queen bed and a twin (with trundle) next to it. Nice, fresh linens and blankets provided. The AC was cool (noteworthy in Italy) and the room smelled fresh. Two small balconies are on a quiet-ish street - just enough to feel the buzz of the city without tons of noise (although we kept them closed at night). My advice: don't search further. This place is a gem.
I loved EVERYTHING. If I had to be super picky...We used the clothes washer daily. There's not a lot of space to hang clothes, but we managed with some clothes hangers we found in the armoire.

***LOCATION**** they have a parking spot right in front of the apartment. We made it through our list of things to see in a full day. Literally minutes away. Piazza Bellini was RIGHT around the corner just walk out the apartment walk down the alley and turn right…seconds away. Daniela you are amazing! Thank you thank you thank you💗

Full of character. The little balcony was such a bonus for a coffee in the morning.
The bathroom was fine but we struggled to operate the shower. Some instructions would help.

The location is great for the old town. There are bars and restaurants within a few hundred metres.
We were confused by the reviews until we realised that there are 6 apartments in the block, all separately owned and some residential. So ours didn't reflect the reviews. We had to ask for additional cooking implements and a corkscrew. There were no written instructions for the washing machine and all communications with Dani were by WhatsApp (her husband met us with the keys, but didn't speak English, so there was some confusion).
