Marechiaro Apartments

Lovely apartment, great location. I was met at the bus stop and accompanied to the apartment where everything was explained to me. As a solo traveller, I felt very comfortable and safe there. I will definitely be back.

The shower could use a freshen up and the front door took a couple of attempts to get used to.

Appartment was very clean. The location is great, right outside you have multiple food spots, coffee shops, bars and mini shops for almost anything. The area is very busy, yet we felt safe all of the time. Employes that are working in the restaurants and bars were very nice and friendly. Even though the streets are busy, there is no need to worry about the noise. We barely heard it in the room. Rooms have good working AC. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the true sicilian vibe. Host is excellent, we felt welcomed from very start till the end, received all the information needed and he gave us some tips where to go as well:)

The bathroom was bit smaller than expected in the appartment we had, but managable and clean

The architecture and the local ambience is amazing. So much food choice and the cannoli's are so delicious! Cefalú is a short train journey and well worth a visit.

The taxi's are very expensive and would definitely recommend any travel is done by train.
