Very comfortable and secure apartment with all amenities you can imagine. Very well thought over bathroom amenities! The apartment was light filled and airy, filtered water in the kitchen, very comfortable bed. We had the best time! The location is perfect - close to restaurants and historical sights and the marina. Roberto gave excellent instructions on where to park, so all went smooth. Also check in was super easy with his instructions. Highly recommend!

Très bon emplacement : au calme mais à proximité de commodités et des attractions principales à pied (comptez 25 minutes jusqu'au palais des Normands). Beaucoup de petites attentions pour le confort du séjour (nécessaire dans la salle de bains et pour le petit déjeuner). Possibilité également de réserver un transport depuis l'aéroport jusqu'au logement via le gérant directement.

Pour compléter les attentions prévues dans la salle de bains et pour le petit déjeuner, on pourrait imaginer qu il y ait aussi à disposition quelques condiments (huile d'olive, vinaigre et poivre)

The self check-in was very practical and the apartment was very lovely. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We could park very close by for free and were in walking distance from the city centre. The host was very friendly and easily reachable. We loved our stay there ☺️

The unit is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the linens were ok. There was a tremendous amount of spots to charge phone, ipad etc. The water was hot and the unit was very quiet which was surprising.

Property is in great need of repair/updating. I did not see other reviews that state this. Had the photos of the shower been accurate online-I would NEVER have booked. The shower stall is subpar with black mold and wall damage, a great area for fungal infections to grow. There has been water damage in the kitchen which has not been repaired. The property needs to have the calendar blocked for a month and be fixed. It also needs better detailed directions. The number shown is 13 when the actual number on the building was 2. Even our cab driver (local) could not figure it out. The property should provide step by step from main road, particularly when a different number is next to the door. We knew there was a very early 10am check out time and to have the cleaners outside chatting loudly at 9.30am was annoying. Given check in is 3pm, why it has to be 10am is puzzling.
