Lovely clean and large apartment. Lots of extras left for us to use like nail varnish remover. Snacks left for us, all really appreciated. Was about a 30 minute walk from train station - 40 with luggage but felt very safe

Nous avons passé juste 3 nuits dans cet appartement. Très propre (et je suis tres exigeante sur ce critère), tout le confort et un service plus plus. L'hote met à votre disposition les produits de toilette et hygiène, le fond de cuisine(huile, sel....), thé, café et autres petits biscuits pour le petit déjeuner.
Très bonne communication et réactivité de Roberto via échanges WhatsApp. Nous nous sommes très bien sentis dans ce logement bien placé sur le plan géographique.
Un seul bémol, des voisins qui parlent un peu fort et la rue très bruyante mais ce n'est pas du fait de l'hôte.
Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Location was very good....a 5 minute walk from buses on Via Roma, or a 20 minute stroll into the centre.
Communication with Roberto was seamless.
Attention to detail within the apartment was fantastic....even down to spare razors, toothbrushes etc.
Bedroom was spacious with a comfy bed and very good aircon.
Lounge area was again very spacious with 2 large couches.
Lovely balcony, taking in afternoon sun.
Several mini markets within 5 minute walk
